1. Acceptance
These Terms govern use of DAYNARO. By installing or using the app, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, they should stop using and uninstall the app.
2. Purpose and limitations
DAYNARO is a personal record-keeping and organization tool for finances, Work Calendar/leave records, diary entries, tasks/reminders, documents, backups and related information.
DAYNARO is not a bank, lender, accountant, tax adviser, investment adviser, legal adviser, insurer, medical service, employer, payroll processor, HR system or emergency reminder service. Reports, balances, forecasts, Work Calendar/leave summaries, OCR output and reminders are informational and depend on user-entered data and device/system behavior.
Work Calendar does not establish statutory/employer leave entitlement, attendance compliance, wages, payroll or employment rights.
3. User responsibility and data accuracy
The user is responsible for the accuracy/completeness of information entered or imported, reviewing calculations/reports/OCR/exports/restores, maintaining lawful records, and independently verifying important financial, tax, employment or legal decisions where appropriate.
4. DAYNARO Access
The first 30 days after successful onboarding provide full DAYNARO access. This is an app-managed free-access period, not a Google Play subscription trial. It does not enroll the user in a subscription and does not automatically charge at expiry.
After the free period, existing data remains viewable, editable, deletable, searchable, reportable, exportable, backup-able and restorable. Creating or importing new logical data requires one of the current DAYNARO Access options:
- Monthly Access — recurring Google Play subscription.
- Annual Access — recurring Google Play subscription.
- Lifetime Access — one-time entitlement for the current local/offline DAYNARO product and future local features.
Lifetime Access does not include a possible future server-backed multi-device DAYNARO Pro service.
5. Subscription renewal, management and cancellation
Monthly and Annual Access automatically renew through Google Play unless cancelled. The price, billing period and localized purchase terms shown by Google Play at the time of purchase control the transaction. DAYNARO provides a path to Google Play subscription management.
Cancelling normally stops future renewal while access continues for the remainder of an already-paid period, subject to Google Play's terms and applicable law. Uninstalling DAYNARO does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Buying Lifetime Access does not automatically cancel an existing Monthly/Annual subscription. A user who switches to Lifetime Access should manage/cancel the subscription in Google Play if they do not want future subscription renewals.
Refunds, reversals, payment disputes and revoked purchases are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law. Access may be reconciled when Google Play reports that ownership is no longer valid.
A purchase reported by Google Play as pending does not grant DAYNARO Access until Google Play reports it as completed/purchased. Completed purchases are processed and acknowledged as required by the Play Billing flow.
6. Offline subscription verification
The current local/offline release has no developer entitlement server. After a successful Google Play ownership verification, Monthly/Annual creation access can continue offline for a DAYNARO-defined seven-day verification window. If ownership cannot be re-verified after that window, creation/import pauses until verification succeeds. Existing data remains view/edit/delete/search/report/export/backup/restore accessible.
Lifetime Access remains usable offline and is reconciled with Google Play when available.
7. Backups and availability
At least one supported automatic-backup destination is required during onboarding; the user can choose a supported local folder or optional Google Drive. DAYNARO schedules backup work, but Android may defer/stop/reschedule it. Users remain responsible for protecting passwords/files and maintaining/restoring important backup copies.
DAYNARO does not guarantee recovery from every deletion, device failure, corruption, lost password, unavailable provider or unsupported version.
8. Third-party services and billing
Google Play Billing, optional Google Drive, Android file/media pickers, sharing destinations and biometric/system services are third-party services governed by their own terms/privacy practices.
Google Play processes payment credentials for DAYNARO Access. DAYNARO does not receive/store the user's payment-card number or Google Play payment credentials.
Support DAYNARO is optional and separate from DAYNARO Access. It may open a reviewed external payment destination outside DAYNARO. A support payment is a voluntary contribution to development/maintenance and does not purchase Access, unlock functionality, extend a subscription, provide content, create priority treatment or grant any other digital benefit. DAYNARO does not treat returning from the external payment app/page as proof that a payment succeeded. Payment processing, disputes and any available refunds are subject to the selected payment provider, applicable law and direct contact with DAYNARO Labs where appropriate.
Institution names/logos shown by DAYNARO remain the property of their rights holders and are used only to help identify user records; they do not imply endorsement, affiliation, account verification, payment support or access to an institution.
9. Security
Users must protect their device, DAYNARO PIN, biometric/device access, Google account, backup password and exported files. Rooted/modified devices, malware, shared credentials, unsafe destination apps or insecure file handling can expose data.
10. Ownership and acceptable use
Users retain ownership of content they create or import. DAYNARO software, branding, design, documentation and original materials remain the property of the developer/licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their licences.
Users must not use DAYNARO to violate law/rights, distribute malicious or infringing content, disrupt services or bypass security controls. Reverse engineering remains subject to applicable law and third-party/open-source licence rights.
11. Updates and changes
DAYNARO features, compatibility, security controls, Access options and these Terms may change. Material changes should be reflected in updated in-app/public terms as required by applicable law. A future DAYNARO Pro service would require its own product/service terms and is not silently included in current Lifetime Access.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
DAYNARO is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact reminder timing, error-free calculations, continuous third-party availability or recovery from every data-loss event.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from inaccurate input, missed reminders, lost/corrupt data, failed backups, device problems, unauthorized access or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Ending use
Users may stop using DAYNARO at any time. Local data can be removed by deleting records, clearing app data or uninstalling. Backup/export files stored elsewhere must be removed separately. Active Google Play subscriptions must be managed/cancelled through Google Play; uninstalling the app alone does not cancel them.
